Practice Policies

  1. Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellations
    Appointment rescheduling and cancellations require 24 hours' notice. In the absence of a true emergency or the one-time allotted missed call, the appointment will be charged in full.

  2. Discovery Calls
    Discovery Calls require a completed Intake Form to be submitted and on file at least 24 hours prior to your call start time. If a completed form is not on file 24 hours before the appointment, the appointment will be canceled with the option to reschedule. Please email Madeline at madeline@wellfromwithin.org if there is an issue with completing your intake form on time—communication is key!

  3. Initial Healing Sessions
    Initial Healing Sessions require an Intake Form to be completed and on file 3 days prior to your appointment date. If a completed form is not on file 3 days before the appointment, the appointment will be canceled. Please email Madeline at madeline@wellfromwithin.org if there is an issue with completing your form on time.

  4. Follow-Up Healing Sessions
    Follow-Up Healing Sessions require a Follow-Up Form to be completed at least 24 hours prior to your call start time. If a completed form is not on file 24 hours before the appointment, the appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged the full appointment fee. Please email Madeline at madeline@wellfromwithin.org if there is an issue with completing your form on time.

  5. Client Communication
    Please send all client communication via email to madeline@wellfromwithin.org or through the HIPAA-compliant patient portal (link here). Do not send client communication through Instagram, as it can easily be missed, and Madeline wants to ensure none of your important messages are lost in translation.

  6. Health & Protocol Questions
    For your safety (and due to liability limitations), Madeline cannot discuss your health, protocol, or supplement questions by email. These questions are best addressed in a follow-up consultation or via the patient portal messaging tool. Thank you for understanding.

  7. Recording Policy
    Madeline does not permit recordings of any calls or videos. However, you are encouraged to take notes during your consultation.

  8. Refund Policy
    All services offered by WITHIN are non-refundable.
